3. Orders and Sales Contract

The order sent by the customer constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is finalized with the order confirmation sent via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability or pricing errors.4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Shipping and Deliveries

Shipments are made to Italy, the European Union, and other international countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Scruci Store is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide reasons.
