Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here's how to proceed.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

2. Conditions for returns

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

  • In original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation

3. How to make a return

To initiate a return process:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Await instructions for return shipping

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or not in conformity with the order.

5. Refund

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Non-refundable products

Customized or tailor-made products are not refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
